Improving the Efficiency of the Supply Chain on the Example of Network Company Leroy Merlin Vostok LLC

In this paper, approaches to improving the efficiency of supply chains of network companies are considered, and modern types of transit technologies used in domestic and foreign practice are analyzed as a more efficient way of managing material flows in the supply chain. The result of the analysis was the development of a new type of transit technology, excluding certain shortcomings inherent in common types of transit technologies. A technique for introducing a new type of transit technology was proposed, and requirements and limitations for its application were identified. Practical application of the new transit technology was realized in the framework of increasing the efficiency of supply chains of the network company - the leader of the Do-It-Yourself segment on the Russian market. In the process of implementation, the new technology was adapted to the specifics of the company's business and the positive impact on the results of the company's activities and the model of strategic profit was evaluated.
