Medical Cluster in the Health Care System: Objectives, Advantages and Problems

Clusters and cluster policy are one of the most effective ways of development of regions innvative resourses in the Russian Federation. This paper presents national and global experience of formation and functioning of the innovative clusters in the health care sphere. The main tasks, advantages and problems that arise in participants entering the medical cluster are considered. In this work, three hypotheses were formulated, which were confirmed as a result of a series of interviews with experts and participants in medical clusters.
