Ethics of State Civil Servants: Legal Issues

The work examines the specifics of the ethics of public officers/servants in the Russian Federation in accordance with the current regulation, analyzed the foreign experience of the ethical component of the civil service, trends in the development of the civil service for the ethics of public service are revealed. Key words: Ethics, administrative ethics, public service, public officer/servant, foreign experience in ethics regulation, international standards of public service ethics.
