Subject: "Analysis of efficiency of application of cloud computing in processes of system of abnormal annunciator of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" The volume of final qualification project is 40 pages where 13 images and 1 table are placed. During writing project 26 sources were used. Keywords: cloud computing, Ministry of Emergency Situations, warning system, business process, BPMN 2.0, SaaS. Object of this research are cloud computing and their opportunities. Subject of this research is implementation of cloud computing in processes of systems of abnormal annunciator of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. This project consists of Introduction, four chapters and the Inference. In chapter 1 the literature concerning a subject of this research is researched. In chapter 2 there is acquaintance with business simulation bases, the basic principles of business process modeling are defined. In the third application of cloud computing to business is considered, and also an example of an economic benefit when using cloudy decisions instead of local is reviewed. In chapter 4 problems of the modern monitoring of wildfires are considered. Business processes in the notation of BPMN 2.0 are also constructed. Results of the conducted research are given in the inference. Relevance of this subject is caused by the fact that annually in Russia the woods destroy because of wildfires, at the same time it is not always possible to find the fire location in time. It is also necessary to pay attention that the decisions described in this project for increase in quality of monitoring and lowering of costs of monitoring of wildfires really are now developed.
