The Patterns of the Dark Side of Leadership in Innovation Companies (e.g. Tesla)

How do leaders produce such negative outcomes and why? Three particular skill areas can contribute to such problems. These include leaders’ strategic vision, their communications and impression management skills, and their general management practices. The most of the leaders led their companies to great success, others led to great failures. The high quality of the leader's vision includes the potential risk of disaster, so this issue is acute for all organizations. Existing approaches to determining the influence of the shadow side of leadership that take into account only external negative manifestations and factors of influence on business processes, which in turn leads to limited opportunities for forecasting, compensating and eliminating consequences, which is why it is very important to analyze the internal processes of the personality of the leader. So that you can predict the consequences and reduce the impact of destructors on the effectiveness of the organization. The purpose of our work is to study the patterns of the dark side of leadership and the influence of this party on the effectiveness of the innovative organization.
