Methods to Prevent the Emotional Risks of Communication Managers in Modern Organization

Modern business has dramatically increased its attention to emotional and relationship risks of employees that come in a situation of interpersonal communications in a workplaces. The methods and forms of internal and external communications in organizations are in process of a radical transformation as a result of the third technological wave, which has determined a new information paradigm in modern society and commercial organizations. Managing the huge information flows, which creates modern media technologies, on the one hand, becomes the main tool for achieving commercial effectiveness. On the other hand escalates of emotional tension within companies and society and creates pseudo-reality and pseudo-communications. Communication managers as agents of information influence in such conditions must show emotional maturity and sustainability. All these causes request for the development of special methods, which will help to predict and prevent the emotional readiness of specialists in this field and open the opportunity to work effectively in a rapidly changing and informatically charged business environment. It becomes the question of great importance, as well as a task of searching for emotional resources, which can serve as the basis for the effective employee’s development and fruitful communication in business environment. The results achieved extends and complement the existing ideas about the causes of the emotional risks in the process of interpersonal business communications and open up new opportunities for their forecasting and preventing.
