Final qualification work on topic "Civil suit in criminal process" consists of introduction, three chapters, including sections, conclusion and list of used sources. The first Chapter includes two sections; the second three sections; the third Chapter is also divided into three sections . The work is written on 60 pages, used 48 sources information. The theoretical basis of this thesis serve textbooks, theses, resolutions of the Plenum Supreme court of the Russian Federation, as well as research work researchers in the field of civil and criminal process, civil and criminal law. Normative base consists of existing legislation Of The Russian Federation. Practical base the study was based on the data of judicial statistics of the Supreme court of the Russian Federation (the main indicators of activities of courts of General jurisdiction), the jurisprudence of global, regional courts and courts of the subjects. The research object of this work is a civil claim in the criminal process. The present work aims at the analysis of essence a civil claim in the criminal process, characteristics of the subjects of the claim and lighting range of issues arising during production in a civil lawsuit. Research methods that were used in this work are historical, dialectical, systemic, comparative analysis. Civil claim in criminal proceedings is closely connected with civil law and process at the same time subordinated to the goals and objectives of the criminal process. This duality requires establishing the scientific basis and clear and crisp legislative regulation of the Institute of civil claim in the criminal the process for the proper and effective use. Key words: civil suit, civil plaintiff, civil the defendant, the harm, the representative of the civil plaintiff and civil defendant, the decision in the civil suit.
