Managing the Variability of Festival Stakeholders' Functions

In order to increase the number of useful effects from the festival, organizers try to involve different groups of stakeholders in the value creation chain. The work discusses issues of interaction between the management of festivals and the groups of stakeholders, in terms of managing the variability of functions that stakeholders can perform during interaction with the festival. The absence in the scientific literature of any detailed studies attempting to identify and structure the information of this direction has determined the actuality of this paper. Qualitative and quantitative data were revealed on the prevalence and degree of development of managerial models and mechanisms for involving various stakeholders in the process of production of the festival services system, methodical and organizational recommendations for the formation of such a managerial model of the festival that allows to involve various stakeholders in the process of production of the festival services system, So that they expand a number of functions and roles performed by them, thus obtaining additional Effective effects for themselves, for the festival and for the society as a whole.
