Increasing the Software Product Value by Introducing Continuous Experimentation Methodology

The purpose of this Master’s thesis is to assess the impact of the continuous experimentation system introduction on changing the software product value. The relevance of the work lies in the need for effective value creation with limited resources and high competition on the market. The paper reviews an overview of scientific publications of the methodologies evolution towards continuous experimentation. The experience of companies that have implemented continuous experimentation and formulated the key implementation challenges. It also developed recommendations to transition to the continuous experimentation methodology. The thesis describes the transition process, the tools and works. It contains the criteria and method of assessing product value before and after the implementation.
