Abstract to master's thesis of Katurzhevskiy Andrey V. on the topic of “Leadership from the perspective of psychodynamic perspectives. Psychodynamic classification of leadership styles” In the section “ Leadership from the perspective of psychodynamic perspectives ” it means that that head along with the performance of professional functions performs the functions associated with the formation of relations in the team and also psychological functions (he issues of leadership and motivation, communication). The head should know that, performance of his subordinates about it formed under the influence of his personality and its role in the organization, and under the influence of unconscious psychological needs. In the section «Psychodynamic classification of leadership styles» presents how different personality styles are apparent in the leadership style, this takes into account the mutual influence of leadership style and organizational culture. Psychodynamic leadership styles pose for managers and consultants support structures that allows better appreciate ourselves and other people. In the section «Director and consultant as container» presented the model "container-contained" of Bion and its value for managers and consultants, and clarified important principles to start the process of containment on the good and failed example. They also spoke about , what conditions facilitate containment within organizations.
