In this paper, it was analyzed the possibility of implementing a single front office, its advantages, drawbacks and the main steps and processes that must be taken into account whlie implementing the technology. Also, the work describes possible methods of network management, depending on the implementation of the project. An analysis of the economic feasibility of the launch was conducted and steps in accordance with which it is necessary to develop and further scale the project were identified.
