Satisfaction of customer requests is one of the most important factors in shaping the competitiveness of any company. An important factor for companies is maintain an optimal balance between the level of logistics service and the corresponding logistics costs. The relevance of this master's thesis is to increase the level of the logistics services provided by improvement of a Company's logistics strategy, the organizational structure and the approach to measuring the level of logical service on the example of JSC Servier. The thesis consist of 105 pages, 27 tables and 31 pictures.
