The present thesis (diploma paper) is devoted to the ways of sports disputes resolution, specifically focusing on the features and problems of resolution of the sport disputes, arising out of labor disputes. In the present thesis the problem of resolution of sports disputes by means of arbitration was considered from the perspective of different jurisdictions. At the present moment, even though problems arising in connection with resolution of sport disputes in general and of labor disputes of professional sportsmen and trainers in particular are very significant and bear research novelty, it seems to us that this area of sport law is not researched and studied deeply enough in Russian legal science. The aim of the present work is to consider the problems arising in connection with the ways and methods of sport disputes resolution, in particular, labor disputes of the professional sportsmen and trainers with their employers. The subject of the present work is peculiarities of the labor sport dispute resolution, where the claimant or the defendant is a sportsmen or a trainer (employee) or the employer-organization, if they should be arbitrated, which institutions and in which manner should do it. Document structure. This thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography.
