The volume of the final qualifying work is 151 pages, on which are placed 72 pictures, 23 tables and 25 formulas. 60 sources were used to write the work.

Key words: export-distribution logistics system (LS) of deliveries, deliveries of pipe products, multimodal deliveries.

The object of the study is the export-distribution LS of deliveries of the products of the Russian manufacturer pipe company (ChTPZ Group).

The subject of the work are the processes that operate within the export-distribution LS of the ChTPZ Group.

The study consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, list of literature and application:

In the introduction the relevance of the problem is substantiated, the object, the subject and the goal are set, the main tasks are formulated, the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical significance of the problem are revealed.

In the first chapter have been carried out such analysis as: the analysis of the conditions and trends of the development of the pipe market, the analysis of commercial, financial and logistic activities of the company; The range of logistic problems existing in the company has been determined.

The second chapter describes the specifics and methods of managing the costs of LS of deliveries pipe products, the features of organizing multimodal exports deliveries have been formulated, and indicators, which are used to optimize the export-distributing LS deliveries have been identified.

In the third chapter the algorithm of optimizing the export multimodal deliveries of the ChTPZ Group has been developed and practically applied, and the economic efficiency of its application has been also evaluated.

In conclusion the main findings and recommendations on the use of research results, which are produced in the framework of this paper, are formulated.
