Civil Liability of the Participant of the Corporation under Russian Law

This paper is devoted to the analysis of the liability of the members of the corporations under Russian law. The author analises Russian and English-American doctrine and court practice in relation to the issue of the bringing to the responsibility of the members of the corporations, the author indicates problematic issues in the practice and looking for the solutions to such issues. This paper contains the inroduction, two chapters divided on three paragraphs, the conclusion and bibliography.
