Master's thesis on "Management of programs and changes in the company (the case of British American Tobacco)" Problem relevance. In the modern world, with the advent of new technologies and the acceleration of all processes, there is a rapid increase in the complexity and level of uncertainty in projects, which requires increased attention on the part of the organisation for the successful implementation of programs. This work studies features of managing the company's strategy through program management in FMCG companies. Scientific problem is the lack of research and scientific recommendations to improve the effectiveness of program management in Russian branches of international companies. Purpose of this work is a development of a recommendations set for managing and improving the effectiveness of program management based on the analysis of management practices in international companies. Object of the study: international company British American Tobacco. Research subject: methodology and organisation of program management in international companies.
