Software Implementation of a Courier Service for an Online Store

This project aims to develop business processes automation software for a courier service within an online store. This software consists of a web application for courier managers and a mobile Android application for couriers. Before the development, all the processes that occurs with an order from purchase until delivery, are discussed for further automation of them. To demonstrate a point of this kind of software a comparative analysis between a third-party logistic company and a local courier services is made. Since this software does not require full integration into any new system, it can be used by any online store from candy shop to restaurant. Ongoing research and development allows to found a company that offers to online stores to found or automatize their local courier service.
