Developing Business Ecosystem Concept for Value-Based Innovation Projects Management

The experience of modern companies shows that the key to successful competition can be the building of a business ecosystem. The interaction within this structure generates a synergetic effect - its participants create joint assets that none of the participants could create existing outside the system. However, the most of the scientific work in this area is devoted to the definition of the basic definitions and principles of the new approach. In other words, there are no universally recognized definitions, universal and ready algorithms of actions and tools The purpose of this work is to develop the business ecosystem concept for value-based innovation projects management. The result of our research is a concept that can be used as a guide for creating business ecosystems by companies’ managers from different industries
