Optimization of Project Resources Utilization

Recently, issues of project management are gaining importance in all sectors of the economy. As is known, when performing any project, it becomes necessary to allocate resources: financial, human, material. The relevance of resource allocation is determined by the fact that the success of any project depends on the proper allocation of resources, and there are no uniform resource allocation standards, since the project must be unique. Graduate work is devoted to the optimization of the use of resources in the project to promote products through Internet advertising. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations aimed at optimizing the use of resources in the project. To achieve this goal, the following tasks must be solved: - explore the concept and essence of the project;- identify the basic principles of management and optimization of project resources;- Analyze project resource management; - Develop activities to ensure the project resources. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and conclusion. In the first chapter of the work, the methods of optimizing resources in unique projects are considered, the definition of the project as a strategic initiative for achieving the company's goals is given, the processes of project resources management and the main directions of optimization of project resources are examined. In the second chapter , an analysis of the resource management of the UNX project is carried out. The strategic goals of the company are presented the project of promotion of the company's products, the analysis of the project resources is carried out. In the third chapter of the paper, methods for optimizing the resources of the UNX product promotion project were proposed and the effectiveness of the proposed activities was evaluated. In the conclusion conclusions are drawn on the done work.
