Veselova Valeria. Program Management of Organizational Changes in the Company. Annotation. In work here are presented methods and models applied in carrying out organizational changes. Here are introduced classical methods as the basis for development of the direction of management in the field of organizational changes, here are shown the stages of implementing changes, the need for consistent implementation of changes, linking them in one process with the goals of the changes program, which is an integral part of the company's activities.The approach to the assessment of the readiness to organizational changes is presented, here is the conclusion of the nature of their implementation and its impact on the company. The justification of the advantage of introducing a structure to carry the organizational changes program on as an ongoing basis, monitoring the sternal conjuncture is important. As the example of introduction of organizational changes is the case o of "ABS ZEiM Automation", the necessity of introducing organizational changes program was substantiated, the features of the introduced changes are analyzed, the company's condition was compared at the time of the beginning of the changes and its actual state as a result of the successful implementation of such a program. Recommendations for further successful implementation of organizational changes are presented, the purpose of them will be to maintain and increase the company's competitiveness, optimize its business processes and strengthen the company's external relations. For this purpose, it is proposed to create in the company an organization to maintain and strengthen cooperation with specialized research organizations, monitor information on changes in the company's environment, timely detect of errors in production processes and development of recommendations for their elimination.
