Since in the modern world of high competition, companies use all possible means, in order to become leaders. Increasing organization logistics efficiency can become a competitive strategy for the company's development. When planning organization logistics optimization, it is useful to analyze how the planned changes can affect organization economic efficiency. To do this, it is necessary to calculate the economic efficiency indicators. These indicators can help to analyze the already occurred changes. The object of this study is Trading House LLC VKT. The subject of the study is the organization internal logistics economic efficiency analysis. The work includes a theoretical part, which outlines a theoretical basis for organization internal logistics economic efficiency (in particular, the description of internal logistics, economic efficiency indicators and logistics efficiency indicators) and a practical part that describes the research carried out within the framework of this work, its methodology and results analysis. The practical significance of this work is the assessment of the proposed optimization changes economic efficiency.
