In this work, the process and ways of use of synergetic models in industrial control systems are researched. The goal of this study is scrutiny and setting up synergetic ways of management over technological process and as a result development of software proving the benefits of practical using of them. The analysis of technological process which are represented as dynamical systems was prosecuted due to the fact that only in such systems synergetic models can be implicated. The accurate mathematical models of process inside those systems was found and modified by the conception of order parameters actualizing the principle of conformity for those systems. It can derive the ways of control over them to the qualitative new level. Lorenz’s and Rossel’s attractors was chosen due to chaotic behavior of them. And by using of synergetic models chaotic phenomenon of them was obviated. It gave an opportunity to control and forecast behavior of these mathematical model and consequently the behavior of technological process based on them.
