The Conflict Management at Psychiatric Medical Organization

Graduate qualification work is devoted to the development and introduction into practice of medical institutions of the modern organizational techniques of conflict management. The work includes consideration of theoretical developments in this area, as well as the practical aspects - analysis of the existing system of conflict management in health care organizations, analysis of normative legal framework for the provision of mental health care, and the development of local standard documents for formalization of relations "doctor - patient". Based on the analysis of complaints and appeals of citizens to the psychiatric hospital (RKPB, Kazan) has identified the shortcomings of the work and found that a significant proportion of these complaints could be prevented through the introduction of conflict management. The result of the work was the development and introduction into the operation of mechanisms for conflict management and development of recommendations for their further improvement.
