Women’s Leadership in a Modern Company

Thesis is devoted to the study of female leadership in contemporary companies on the example of LLC "SIBUR-Cob". The aim of this work is to explore what psychological features has "woman-leader". For this survey will be conducted among women leaders that will create understanding about the challenges that women leaders in the workforce, as well as recommendations what are the qualities of women who wanted to become the "ideal leader". Objectives of the study: • Theoretical study of topical issues in practical work. • A study based on the study of leadership competencies of women. • Analyzing the results of the study. • Comparison of the results with the theoretical aspects of the issue. • Making a number of conclusions and recommendations to address the goal. In the course of the identified problems was made a number of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of women leaders in the organization.
