The author - Alexandr Lapin, the fourth-year student of BI-13-2 group at the Higher School of Economics. The topic is Model Development of Business Process Information Technologies Management for Instrument-making Company. The text contains the description of business process development and implementation, describing the provision of IT services in PJSC "PNPPK" based on the international ITIL standard. This research is written for business analysts who are thinking about improving the efficiency of IT departments.

There are 2 chapters in this work:

1. The business process domain analysis with a brief description of the company for which the process is developed, analysis of key terms, analysis of existing tools, modeling languages and standard way of organizing the activities of the IT department and the AS-IS model of the business process development.

2. The development and automation description of the process "Information technologies management" TO-BE model and the implementation plan of the function "Single Help Desk of the IT department".

There are 108 papers, 90 illustrations including 6 figures in Appendixes. The work is written for Information Technologies business Department of the Higher School of Economics in 2017.
