Graduation qualification work (Master's dissertation) on "Development of an Automated System of Handling and Storage of Characteristics of Non-Failure Operation, Keeping and Maintainability of the Completing Computing Means" is devoted to the design and development of a system for systematization of data on the characteristics of computational components, such as reliability, persistence and durability. This system allows you to apply automatic filling of unknown values of reliability characteristics based on the values of those indicators that are available about the computational components in the database. Also performs the formation and output of the directory of characteristics of components of computing facilities by types or classes of stored elements.

The main task of the final work was the creation of a database of the characteristics of the components of the computing facilities and the application that connects to this database and allows you to add, modify, delete the aircraft performance values, search for and filter by specific parameters, and create a directory for these values.

In this paper, we consider the requirements for the creation of an automated system, the analysis of the choice of implementation tools, the analysis of the choice of technology for the development of the system and the architecture of the construction of this system. The design stages are considered with the reduction of the diagrams reflecting the creation sequence and reflecting the functional of the given system, as well as the testing and debugging methods of the developed application.

The design of the system includes the creation of a scheme for the implementation architecture of the system, a structural and functional scheme, the development of a physical database model using CASE tools, and the development of an algorithm for calculating the values of reliability characteristics of computing facilities.
