Legal Regulation of Employment and Occupation. Comparative Characteristics: Russian Federation and USA

The main purpose of this graduate qualification work is a comprehensive study of the mechanism of legal regulation of employment and occupation in the Russian Federation and the United States The research also focuses on features of legal status of unemployed citizens and discloses measures to regulate employment among certain unprotected categories of population which have difficulty in finding jobs. To date, the problem of providing the citizens with employment is especially urgent so many theoretical and empirical works devoted to this topic were used in this paper. The methodology includes the analysis of legal acts and scientific literature, the formulation on this basis own conclusions and recommendations. The goal of the study is also achieved via comparative-historical and comparative-legal methods. This graduate qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, eight paragraphs, a conclusion and a reference list.
