Optimization of the Deliveries in Ltd Rusavia

Theme: "Optimization of delivery schemes in the transport and aviation company LTD «Rusavia». The volume of the final qualifying work is 101 pages, on which are placed 18 figures, 27 tables. 28 sources were used to write the work. Keywords: transport-aviation company, air transportation, multimodal transportation. The object of the study are proposals for optimizing the supply chain of LLC "Rusavia" in the transportation of parts for aircraft engineering using the example of the route Moscow-Istanbul. The subject of the final qualifying work is the logistic activity of LTD Rusavia. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters (main text), conclusion, list of literature and applications: In the introduction, the relevance of the problem is substantiated, the object, the subject, the goal is set, the main tasks are formulated, the theoretical and practical significance of the problem are revealed. In the first chapter have been carried out such analysis as: the analysis of the economic environment of the enterprise, the commercial analysis, the financial analysis, economic and logistical analyses. The range of logistics problems existing in the company as applied to the work topic has been determined. The second chapter describes the transport service and how it is applied in different companies, the characteristics of multimodal transport and their importance in the implementation of logistics activities. Also, comparison of transportations by different types of transport. In the third chapter, an algorithm has been developed to optimize air transportation from Russia to Turkey by increasing the volume of cargo, as well as assessing the economic effectiveness of the application of this algorithm. It also has been suggested the use of alternative modes of transport for the carriage of goods along the same route. In the conclusion the main findings and recommendations on the use of research results, which are produced in the framework of this paper.
