This final qualifying work is aimed at a comprehensive and comprehensive study of civil-law regulation of credit relations. In particular, it discussed: the process of the emergence and development of credit relations in the Russian Federation, the concept and legal nature of credit relations, the principles, structure, content and legal basis of credit relations.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
