Improvement of the Logistics Process in the Warehouse Trading Сompany

Graduate project on "Improving the logistics process at the warehouse of the trading company" includes the introduction, the main part and the conclusion. The main part consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, an analysis of the economic activities of company was carried out. The second chapter is aimed at analyzing the theoretical aspects of the logistics process in the warehouse. In the third chapter, a set of measures to increase the efficiency of the logistics process at the warehouse of the company was formed. The volume of the final qualifying work is 97 pages. The purpose of this final work is to develop a set of recommendations for improving the logistics process at the warehouse of the trading company. The object of the study is a trading company "Vkuslandia", engaged in the distribution of confectionery products, pates and canned fish in Moscow and the Moscow region. The subject of the study is the logistics process at the warehouse of the trading company. Key words: warehouse, logistics process, improvement of logistics process.
