The Use of Management Roles in Corporate Strategy Implementation
The correct distribution of management roles should be treated as important determinants of successful corporate strategy. This study presents model of analysis of compliance management roles of employees of the company with their current position. The implication of the model deals with distribution of the management roles of specific organization. The practical research consists of three parts: analysis of typical job descriptions, distribution of 6 manager’s tasks to 4 management functions, testing top managers of the company to identify their management roles. The results contain strategic recommendations and suggestions to develop new distribution of management roles and modify the present corporate strategy. Developed models of analysis tasks and management roles can be used in the practice of creation corporate strategy in any company.
