Supply Chain Improving Based on Inter-organizational Integration of Logistics Services

The thesis is devoted to problems of inter-organizational integration, which constitute one of the major directions in the research of supply chains. The solution of problems of inter-organizational integration logistics will improve the efficiency of the supply chain. In this regard, the paper analyzes the main approaches to inter-organizational integration, as a way to improve the reliability of the supply chain and reduce the cost of its maintenance with the help of conflict management within the organization. This was considered the main research areas of occurrence, analyzed the typical conflicts arising between the services of logistics in promoting trade flows in supply chains, the basic reasons of occurrence of conflict situations, on the basis of the conducted survey of experts and the methods of preventing and resolving conflict using logistic coordination.

It was proposed to use a systematic approach to improve the efficiency of the supply chain on the basis of the research conducted by the author in order to improve the efficiency of supply chains. In conclusion there are discussed findings about integration and coordination based on the analysis of the relationship of all elements of the supply chain, but proposed to take in account all the cost components. This approach was illustrated with an example. In addition were proposed prospects for further development of a systematic approach to the organization of inter-organizational integration.
