Features of Young Specialists Career in the State Civil Service

In a modern market conditions, the main competitive advantage of many organizations is the effective use of human resources. First of all, the young people are the custodians of the innovative development potential of the organization. Involvement of young specialists is particularly needed in the civil service. One of the mechanisms for attracting new people to the civil service is a promising career development. The relevance of this work is that the construction of a career in the civil service has a number of limitations that make the work in public service unattractive to young specialists. The purpose of this research is to identify features of young specialists’ career in modern society. The research consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. Methods of questioning and interviews were used to conduct research. The study showed that the career of young professionals is limited due to external factors: rarely open vacancies, "administrative resources", relationships with management and others. Moreover career development depends on the personal qualities of young specialists.
