In recent years there has been a significant growth of the role of vending as a way of retailing worldwide. However, there is lack of attention to the question of strategic analysis in the sector of the economy. This study analyses the PE Ivanov D.V. vending operator using existing tools of strategic management to highlight the most efficient vectors to develop the company in modern vending market. The methodology of the research is represented with observation, data analysis and interview. The findings of the study are the list of concrete steps or recommendations to optimize the company’s activity and pose it in the modern vending market.
