There are three main competitors in the drilling water market in the Perm Territory. The industry analysis showed that the market has a positive development dynamics but it creates an opportunity for new competitors' to enter this market. For the successful development of the marketing plan, it is required to conduct a competitive analysis, consumer analysis, and to identify the main strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market in the Perm region.

Development of a marketing plan for the company «UralBurStroi» allows differentiating clients from the main competitors, maintaining the current market share, and also securing sales by selecting the target segment, developing a portfolio of services for this segment, and developing marketing activities.
