Currently, there is an ambiguous situation in the labor market. Increasingly, foreign companies are beginning to resort to the method of "bounty hunts" not in their own human resources within a single company. The potential of the company - directly depends on the possibility of its staffing. This work is aimed at developing a methodology for standardizing the process of formation and "education" of the company's personnel reserve. To understand the theoretical basis of the work, the main features of the application of the methods of formation and development of the personnel reserve among Russian and foreign companies were studied, the main categories of employees were identified and recommendations were formulated for the development of the staff reserve of the company. Within the framework of this work, the practical implementation of the personnel reserve in Russian and foreign companies will be analyzed.
