Influence of Bank’s Resolution on Quality of its Assets

This paper analyzes the effect of bank resolution on quality of the special administrator's assets. For this purpose, the author applies the regression analysis of panel data to study the effect on both sanatorium banks and administrator. As a result of the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that resolution has a negative long-term effect on the sanatorium bank. At the same time, this effect is much less evident when a bank controlled by the state acts as an administrator.
