Medical Holding as a Model of Industry Consolidation of the Paid Medical Services Market

Though in world practice there were various forms of integration, in Russia the most progressive and common form the integrated corporate structure in the market of paid medical services of the Russian Federation is the holding form of integration of the companies showing high coordination of actions of the divisions, which is characterized by rather clear structure of property, a certain tool kit of management, applied at the microlevel. Despite theoretical attractiveness of merge as the strategy of implementation of transformations in practical activities of the medical organizations, and also increase in frequency of merges between the medical organizations for the last decades, conducted few researches of how consolidation in holding influences activity of the medical organizations.
