Key words: information, information space, optimization, process sourcing, SRM, logistics service, efficiency, customer service The higher loss ratio in the insurance industry in the segment of auto insurance is unavoidable and traditional ways to counter this trend has exhausted itself, which leads to the necessity of using logistics concepts The purpose of the WRC lies in the theoretical substantiation and the development of methods of optimization of process of interaction between the insurance company and suppliers. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is considered in the framework of the activities of the company, OSAO “RESO-Guarantee” In WRC formalized interaction between counterparties in the supply chain; identified problems, the nature of their influence on the level of service both logistical and, consequently, client suggestions on the development of solutions to problems identified and their consequences.
