This paper is dedicated to the development of risk management standard in homebuilding projects. The paper presents various options for the classification of risks and analyzed international risk management standards. The analysis of the construction market in Perm region, the construction company identified and analyzed risk events homebuilding projects. Performed qualitative analysis and recommendations for conducting quantitative risk analysis. Developed methods of risk management.
