Software Development Subsystem of Turnover Forecasting for Wholesale and Retail Company

The effective turnover management strongly affects financial state of any organization as a whole. The objective of this research is concerned with analysis and implementation of mathematical methods of sale forecasting which is operated through 1C Enterprise for wholesale and retail companies, LTD «Askad-PP» in particular. The study is aimed at the optimization of turnover process, decreasing the cost of purchase of goods, reducing the time to meet the needs of all customers and increasing the profits.

First of all, AllFusion ProcessModeler, the application for modeling and optimization of business processes of any organization is applied for analyzing enterprise’s activities.

Secondly, several mathematical methods for sale forecasting are investigated in order to choose the most effective one.

The last stage of the research includes the Software Development Subsystem of sale forecasting which is based on the method of seasonal waves due to its least sum of squares.

The implementation of such subsystem prospectively might provide the organization with the automation of process formation of purchase order based on data about its sales and consequently it will optimize the goods remaining in the warehouse.

Furthermore, it will lead to better cooperation and increase the quality of performing the tasks among various departments of the company related to analysis, assessment of material recourses and prospects of organization development.
