The Development of Forms of Medical Maintenance in case of outpatient care

The aim of my work is to define the results and effectiveness of programs of drug reimbursement used in the world, and to develop recommendations for implementation of such programs in Russia. The relevance of my work can be explained by a relative low level of access of our citizens to expensive drugs, that are essential in treatment. The object of the study – drug reimbursement, the subject - results and effectiveness of such programs and the possibility of their implementation in Russia. In the first chapter the content of drug supply and the history of its use in our country are studied. Also the analysis of normative-legal base of provision of medicines and forms of drug supply in Russia is conducted. In the second chapter the analysis of the experiences and methods of the organization of drug supply in Europe, CIS countries and countries of former USSR and Russia is presented. In the third chapter the results of the introduced programs are studied. Also some recommendations are suggested.
