The legal status of soft law regulations in the field of sport

Master' dissertation is devoted to research of the legal status of soft law regulations in the field of sport. The purpose of the master's dissertation is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal status of soft law regulations in the field of sport in order to identify actual problems in the respective field and to find ways to improve regulation. The master's dissertation consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. Author formulates the definition and features of the soft law rules in the field of sports, analyzes the legal nature of the respective rules. The master's dissertation provides analysis of the soft law rules as the sources of labor law. The second part of the master's dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the legal basis of self-regulation of sports federations and sports leagues. Author defines the regulations of sports federations (leagues) and creates the classification of the regulations of sports federations (leagues). The master's dissertation also focuses on the grounds on the basis of which the athletes are required to comply with the rules of sports federations (leagues).
