The Constitutional and Legal Principle of the Inalienability of Human Rights in Russian Federation

The article deals with the constitutional and legal principle of the inalienability of human rights in the Russian Federation. It touched upon not only the issue of origin and normative consolidation, but also the judicial practice of implementing (including through implementation) inalienable human rights in the Russian Federation. In the work, more than 300 judicial acts have been analyzed, which allow one to draw conclusions on problems of consolidation and implementation of the constitutional and legal principle of the inalienability of human rights.
