Improvement of Logistics Service Quality in the Case of a Trading Company

Annotation Keywords: ways to improve logical service, quality assessment system, model of strategic profit, improvement of interfunctional coordination and integration The purpose of this work is to improve the quality of logistics service of the trading company OOO"Armalon Industry". The objectives of this work are: analysis of the market of industrial lighting equipment in the Russian Federation, the company's economic activities, analysis of the company's logistics activities, identification of problems related to logistics, analysis of conflict situations related to quality management, Measures and analysis of the economic effectiveness of their implementation in the future. During the analysis of the logistics activities of the enterprise, the following problems were identified: - a lack of automation of the company's logistics processes, in particular warehouse activities, which can be accelerated and eliminated such errors as the human factor. This problem can be confirmed by the fact that there are many employees in the warehouse who spend a lot of time collecting and searching for goods. - Wrong system of motivation and encouragement of personnal, lack of motivation. - the lack of a unified approach to determining the level of logistics services both inside the company and when interacting with counterparties The object of the study is the trading company OOO "Armalon Industry". The company's field of activity is trade in industrial lighting equipment. The following recommendations were included in this work: introduction of a new employee motivation policy, purchase and implementation of a sorter, development of a more reliable organizational structure. The economic feasibility of practical application of the proposed recommendations is proved. As a result, the return on equity in the model of strategic profit grew by 5.3%. 4.
