Research of Organization of "Trusted Environment" on the Internet

This paper includes the technologies, principles and legal framework of organizing of trusted environment in e-government. This topic is relevant, as online public services are becoming more and more popular in the Russian Federation. Moreover, online interaction today is a necessary element of everyday life. Consequently, it requires specific attention to ensuring the reliability and data protection on the internet. It can be possible through the organization of the trusted environment. The purpose of this paper is a comparative analysis of the organization of the trusted environment of public service portals in the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom. The structure of paper includes the following sections: introduction, main part, conclusion and bibliography. Analysis of books, scientific articles, electronic resources in the first chapter help to solve the following tasks: to investigate the theoretical and regulatory aspects of personal data processing, authentication and provision of public services on the internet. Comparative analysis of the architecture, infrastructure and principles of the trusted environment within the e-government of the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom was carried out in second chapter. As a result, the main principles are formulated; the technologies and legislation of the trusted environment are explored. In addition, recommendations for efficient work of the Russian public services within the trusted environment have been identified, as well as the main recommendations for developers of products used in the e-government of the Russian Federation were given.
