The Analysis of Efficiency of Cloud Computing in Business

In today's world business development is directly dependent on the timing of implementing innovative solutions in business processes. When not having a qualitative approach towards business, organization can suffer from poor logistics, ineffective use of resources and outdated technological solutions In order to save the business from bankruptcy, it is important to follow various trends in technological development and find a right way to implement those in business processes. It is well-known that in any organization of different sizes there is vast amount of information being stored: about its clients, suppliers, producers, partners, etc. In order to store and maintain this informations, departments are being created with many highly-skilled employees and powerful systems. Over certain time periods those tech resources become insufficient as more information is being stored and new solutions have to be found. In this thesis cloud solutions for business will be analyzed. Cloud solutions become more and more popular over years in different life situations and industries, including personal life of individuals and up to using it in large global corporations. This thesis will be divided in 3 main chapters. First chapter will analyze existing cloud solutions, second chapter will elaborate on the methodology and results of the research related to the companies that have already used those solutions. Last chapter will provide a recommendation on implementing cloud solutions for CITIGRAND. As a result of which statistical findings will be provided. This thesis includes an overview of KPIs received during the implementation process of cloud technology: total costs of implementation, individual KPIs, amount of clients, effectiveness of accounting and user reviews.
