The degree of development of economic activity of any state largely depends on investment attractiveness, which includes not only a set of financial and economic indicators, but also the presence in it of a legislative basis and effective practical activity in resolving disagreements and disputes in the investment sphere. An important role is played by the possibility to use extrajudicial methods of dispute resolution, which allow continuing the implementation of cooperation projects at the time of dispute settlement, saving time, money and resources, and that it is essential in business to keep relations between the parties. The study examined alternative methods of resolving investment disputes in countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Union is quite young in relation to many other integration associations (for example, the European Union). Currently, the Union organizes the unification and harmonization of the various branches of legislation. А comparative analysis of legislative base of each of the countries of the Union helped to identify the main similarities and differences in the field of applied ways of resolving investment disputes, as well as the developed practices of using such institutions, that should help to further improve the regulatory framework for each of the countries and of the Union as a whole.
