The selected topic of the master's paper is relevant due to the lack of common opinion in procedural law on a number of issues related to the institution of changing the way of execution of court decision in the executory process as well as to the limited number of publications on this matter. This paper is dedicated to the problems of abstractness of the procedural law and the executional law in the question of changing the way of execution; controversy of legal practice and basic principles of the procedural law; the most effective ways of its execution.
