A Healthy Lifestyle: Modern Practices and Perspectives in Russia

The total volume of the final qualifying work was 118 pages. The SRS contains 9 figures, 2 tables, 75 used sources, 10 applications. In the introduction, the relevance of the research topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks are identified, the object and subject of the research are identified, the degree of scientific elaboration of the problem is highlighted, the methodological and empirical bases of the research are indicated. In the first chapter, the author presents the dynamics of changes in the health status of the population of the Russian Federation, identifies factors that influence health, identifies contemporary problems and the need for a healthy lifestyle, analyzes the economic aspects and regulatory framework for regulating a healthy lifestyle in the country. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the reporting documents of the health authorities and identifies the existing problems. In the course of qualitative research by in-depth interview method, the author identified the existing problems and possible prospects for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in Russia. On the basis of the data obtained, the author developed recommendations on the improvement of public administration in the formation and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
